Withdrawing funds from your Tradin account is straightforward and starts from your Personal Area (PA). The steps may vary slightly depending on your chosen payment method, but the overall process remains the same.
Reminder: If your money is in your trading account, go to Internal Transfer and move the amount you want to withdraw into your Main Wallet. All funds must first be in My Wallet before you can make a withdrawal.
Step-by-Step Guide
Log in to your Tradin Personal Area (PA).
Go to My Wallet located on the left panel of your dashboard.
Click on Internal Transfer and move the amount you want to withdraw into My Wallet.
Click on Withdrawals once the funds are in your Wallet.
Select from the methods available for your account.
Fill in any necessary details specific to the chosen payment method (e.g. card information, crypto wallet information).
A summary of the withdrawal request will be displayed. Ensure all information is correct before submitting the withdrawal request.
- Depending on the payment method, additional on-screen instructions from the payment provider may be requested. Complete these to finalize your withdrawal.
IMPORTANT:
Always check the minimum/maximum withdrawal amounts and estimated processing times before submitting. You can cancel unconfirmed requests in your PA or via email, but once processing begins, the withdrawal may no longer be cancellable. For security, all withdrawals must be sent to payment accounts in your full legal name. Third-party payments are strictly not allowed.
