Tradin Account Login and Server Details

To start trading, you need your account login credentials and server details, which are available in your Tradin Personal Area (PA).

Locating Your Login Details

  1. Log in to your Tradin Personal Area.

  2. Go to the My Accounts section.

  3. You will find:

    • Login Number - your unique trading account ID.

    • Server Name - the server your account connects to (e.g., Tradin-Real, Tradin-Demo).

These details are essential for connecting your trading account to MetaTrader 5 (MT5).

Connecting to MetaTrader 5

  1. Open the MT5 application on your device.

  2. Select Log in to an existing account.

  3. Enter your Login Number and select the server (e.g., Tradin-Real, Tradin-Demo).

  4. Click Add to complete the connection.

Once connected, your trading account will be ready to use on MT5.

Troubleshooting

If you do not see (e.g., Tradin-Real, Tradin-Demo) in the server list:

  • iOS: Open MT5 > Settings > Storage > Clear All Caches.

  • Android: Open device Settings > Apps > MT5 > Storage > Clear All Caches & Data.

After clearing the cache, repeat the login steps to connect your account successfully.
