Trading accounts are archived automatically by Tradin after inactivity. Inactive accounts have no trades or balance changes for an extended period of time. Archiving makes the account temporarily inactive or hidden in your Personal Area (PA).
How Archiving Works
Real Accounts
Cannot be used for trading until reactivated.
Funds remain in the account, but trading features are disabled.
Reactivation is necessary to restore transaction options.
Accounts may automatically be archived after six months of inactivity, especially with zero balance.
Demo Accounts
Typically deleted permanently after inactivity.
Cannot be reactivated once removed.
| Feature | Real Account | Demo Account |

| Funds Retained | Yes | N/A |
| Automatic Archiving | After 6 months inactivity (zero balance) | Usually deleted after inactivity |
| Reactivation Possible | Yes, via Tradin Customer Support | No |
| Trading History Preserved | Yes | No |
Managing Your Archived Accounts
Log in to your Personal Area using your Tradin credentials.
Go to My Accounts to view all your trading accounts.
Navigate to the Archived tab to see your archived accounts. From this section, you can:
Select an archived account to view your balances or past trading activity.
or
Reactivate a real account:
Contact Tradin Support with your account information.
Follow the instructions to restore the account for trading.
IMPORTANT:
Archived accounts may still appear in MT5 but will be hidden in your Personal Area. Always check the account balance before archiving or reactivating, use your accounts regularly to prevent automatic archiving, and reactivating existing accounts is generally better than creating new ones, as it preserves your previous trading history and account settings.
