At Tradin, all deposited funds are first held in My Wallet, which serves as your main account wallet. To begin trading on your MT5 account, you must move funds from My Wallet to your trading account. This process is called an internal transfer.
You cannot place trades using funds that remain in My Wallet. They must first be transferred to your MT5 trading account.
Step-by-Step Internal Transfer Instructions
- Log in to your Tradin account. On your Dashboard, click the menu option labelled Internal Transfers.
- Select the source and destination:
- From: Choose My Wallet (the wallet containing your deposited funds).
- To: Select your MT5 Trading Account (the trading account the funds are going to).
- Enter the amount you would like to transfer.
- Click Submit Request to complete the transfer. The funds will appear in your MT5 trading account in seconds.
- Check the My Trading Accounts section on your dashboard to confirm the updated balance.
Transfers Between Trading Accounts
If you need to move funds between two different MT5 Trading Accounts, the amount must always go through your My Wallet first.
Example: To move funds from Trading Account (A) to Trading Account (B)
- Transfer the amount from Trading Account (A) back to My Wallet.
- Transfer the amount from My Wallet to Trading Account (B).
IMPORTANT:
- We do not charge any fees to move money between your wallet and your trading account.
- You can also transfer money from your trading account back to My Wallet. To do this, simply switch the accounts in the From and To boxes.
- The money should appear in your trading account in a few seconds. If you do not see it, please contact our support team for help.
