Who can open an account

In short

You must be at least 18 years old and must not live in one of ten restricted countries. A demo account has no age requirement.

Age

You must be 18 or older to open a real trading account. Your age is checked during the identity check. If you are under 18 you can still open a free demo account to practise without real money.

Countries that cannot be accepted

Tradin does not accept applications from people living in these ten countries and regions. If you live in one of them, you will not be able to open an account or use the services.

  • United States
  • Canada
  • North Korea
  • Syria
  • Sudan
  • Crimea region
  • United Arab Emirates
  • Iran
  • Jordan
  • Myanmar

The IB program has a shorter list

The Introducing Broker programme is closed to eight of those: the United States, Canada, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, the Crimea region, the United Arab Emirates and Iran. Jordan and Myanmar are not on the partner list. During a partner application, proof of your location may be requested. See IB program.

What this means for you

  • If you currently live in a restricted country, you cannot open a new account.
  • Existing customers who travel to one of these countries may face temporary account restrictions.
  • A partner who moves to a restricted country may lose access to the programme until they return to an eligible region.

Check your own local rules too

Tradin holding a licence does not mean trading is permitted where you live. Check with the financial regulator in your own country.

If you are unsure about your eligibility, contact support by email, live chat or through the platform before you try to open an account.
