At Tradin, we provide a wide range of global and regional payment options. The methods available to you depend on the region where your Tradin account is registered (this cannot be changed after account creation) as well as the verification status of your account.
How to Check Your Available Payment Methods
Log in to your Tradin Personal Area.
Go to the Deposit section to see the available payment methods for adding funds.
Go to the Withdrawal section to see the available payment methods for withdrawing funds.
The methods you see in these sections are the only ones available for you to use. Please know that you cannot remove a payment method from these lists.
What to Do if a Payment Method Is Unavailable
Sometimes a payment method may be unavailable due to a payment provider's scheduled maintenance. This disruption is temporary and usually gets resolved once the maintenance is finished.
When this happens, you have two choices:
- You can wait a little while and try again later.
- You can choose a different payment method available on your list.
Verifying Your Payment Account
For some payment methods, Tradin may ask you to complete an extra verification step. This means you need to prove that the bank account or e-wallet you are using belongs to you. We do this to protect your money and ensure safe transactions. You can find all instructions for this in your Personal Area.
