Cryptocurrency

You can use cryptocurrency to both add money (deposit) and take money out (withdraw). We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and other major coins.

How to Deposit

  1. Log in to your Personal Area.
  2. Find and click the Deposit button.
  3. Enter the Amount you want to add.
  4. Choose Cryptocurrency as the payment method.
  5. In the "Deposit To" field, select Main Wallet or a Real Trading Account to deposit funds.
  6. Click "Deposit." You will go to the Payment Gateway screen.
  7. Select the specific coin (e.g., BTC, ETH)
  8. We will show you a unique deposit address and a QR code. This is Tradin's wallet address for your deposit.
  9. Go to your personal crypto wallet and transfer the specified amount to the wallet address provided.
  10. Wait for the blockchain network to confirm the transaction. After it is confirmed, your crypto will be automatically converted to your account's currency.

How to Withdraw

  1. First, use Internal Transfer to move funds from your MT5 trading account to your Main Wallet.
  2. Log in to your Personal Area and click Withdrawal.
  3. Click Add Crypto Wallet (if it is your first time).
  4. Fill in the Wallet Owner Name and Crypto Wallet Address fields.
  5. Once completed, select your desired wallet, enter the amount, and confirm the withdrawal.

IMPORTANT:

  • Deposits or withdrawals must come from an account registered under your name. Third-party payments are not accepted.

  • Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Any mistakes will result in permanent loss of funds.

  • Always double-check the recipient’s address to ensure funds are sent to the correct destination.

  • Network fees (also called gas fees) apply to every cryptocurrency transaction. These fees are not charged by Tradin and are paid directly to the blockchain network.

Security and Compliance

We will never ask you to store private keys or use third-party wallets on the platform. All deposits are handled securely and in compliance with our regulatory standards.
