Tradin's password recovery process is designed to securely help clients who have forgotten their credentials or are locked out of their accounts. Your Tradin account has two different passwords. It is important to know which one you need to reset.
- Personal Area Password: You use this to log in to the main Tradin website.
- Trading Account Password: You use this to log in to your MT5 trading platform.
Reset Your Personal Area Password
If you cannot access the Tradin website, follow these steps:
Go to the login page and click Forgot Password near the password field.
Enter the email address you used to register your account. This ensures the reset instructions are sent to the correct owner.
Check your email inbox for a message from Tradin. It contains a secure reset link.
Click the link to open a secure page in your browser.
Create a new password, ensuring it meets Tradin’s security requirements (mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols).
Use your email and new password to log in to the Personal Area.
Reset Your Trading Account Password
To change the password for your specific trading account, you must first be able to log in to the Personal Area:
Log in to your Personal Area on the Tradin website.
Click Trading Accounts in the left-hand menu.
Locate the trading account that needs a new password.
Click the three-dot button (…) next to that account to open options.
Select Reset Password from the menu.
In the new window, enter your new password and confirm it in the second field.
Click Reset Password to save your changes.
Your trading account password is now updated and ready to use on the selected platform.
