Payment methods

In short

Card and cryptocurrency for deposits, and card, cryptocurrency and bank transfer for withdrawals. Which ones you see depends on your registered region and verification status.

The methods available to you depend on the region your Tradin account is registered in, which cannot be changed after the account is created, and on your verification status.

How to see your methods

  1. Sign in to your Personal Area.
  2. Open the Deposit section to see the methods for adding money.
  3. Open the Withdrawal section to see the methods for taking money out.

The methods shown there are the only ones available to you, and you cannot remove a method from those lists yourself.

Credit and debit card

Visa and Mastercard, for deposits. Money arrives in My Wallet instantly. Tradin charges no card deposit fee, though your bank may. Card payments can be checked, and you may be asked for a photo of the card or supporting documents to confirm it belongs to you.

Cryptocurrency

Bitcoin, Ethereum and other major coins, for both deposits and withdrawals. On deposit you are shown a unique address and QR code, and once the blockchain confirms the transaction the crypto is converted automatically into your account currency. Crypto transactions are irreversible and a wrong address means permanent loss, so always check the address. Network fees apply to every transaction and are paid to the blockchain, not to Tradin.

Tradin will never ask you to store private keys on the platform and does not support third party wallets.

Bank Wire

Bank transfer works for both deposits and withdrawals. To add a bank account you need the bank name, account number, SWIFT or BIC code, bank address, country, province or state and postal code. You also upload a screenshot of the account details for verification. Once approved it is saved for future withdrawals. This one time check confirms the account belongs to you.

Tradin charges no bank transfer fee, though your bank and any intermediary banks may. Bank transfers are not instant and take several working days.

If a method is unavailable

This is usually the payment provider's scheduled maintenance. It is temporary and clears on its own. You can either wait and try again, or use a different method from your list.

Extra verification

Some methods need you to prove the bank account or wallet belongs to you. Instructions are in your Personal Area.
