Deposit and withdrawal guide

In short

Money must come from and go to a payment account in your own full legal name. Third party payments are refused in both directions.

Your own name only

Every deposit must come from a payment account in the full legal name shown on your Tradin account. This applies to cards and to crypto wallets. Refusing third party payments is how unauthorised access and fraudulent transactions are prevented, and it is also what lets your money be credited without delay.

Withdrawals work the same way. Every withdrawal must go to a payment account in your full legal name. If the names do not match, the withdrawal is rejected.

One card deposit before a card withdrawal

Before money can be withdrawn to a bank card, you must have made at least one successful deposit with that same card. This is a standard security rule.

Accounts with no trading activity

A withdrawal request from an account that has never traded may be investigated, cancelled, or subject to additional fees.

Crypto is one way

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Any mistake results in permanent loss of the money. Always double check the receiving address before you send.

Things that can change

Tradin may adjust processing times, limit which payment methods are available, or review transactions as needed.

Outside working hours

You can submit deposit and withdrawal requests at any time through the platform. The actual processing depends on the payments team's working hours, and deposits are usually not processed at weekends or on public holidays.

Where is the CVV on my card? Also called the CVC, it is the security code that protects online payments. On Visa and Mastercard it is the three digit code on the back of the card.
