Your passwords

In short

Confusing these is one of the most common support questions. Keep them apart in your head.

User Password The Personal Area on the website Manage the account, your personal information, deposits, withdrawals and internal transfers
Trading Account Password MetaTrader 5 Full trading, including placing orders, managing positions, using Expert Advisors and viewing history

The investor password is useful for a manager, a mentor or anyone who needs to watch your trading safely.

Passwords must meet a minimum length and mix upper case letters, lower case letters, numbers and special characters. Recently used passwords and personal information are not accepted, and some passwords expire and need updating.

Nobody at Tradin will ever ask for a password. Never share login details by email, message or call, and always type the Tradin address into your browser yourself.
