To access your Tradin account on the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platform, you’ll need three key details. You can find all of them in your Tradin Personal Area after creating a trading account. Make sure you have this information ready before starting.
Required Login Details:
Login ID (your trading account number)
Password
Server Name
The login process differs slightly between the mobile app and the desktop program.
How to Log In on the Mobile App
For iPhone/iPad (iOS)
Open the MT5 app and go to the Settings tab at the bottom.
Tap New Account at the top.
In the search bar, type “Tradin” and select Tradin from the list.
Tap Login to an Existing Account.
A list of servers will appear. Select the exact Tradin server for your account. This step is very important.

Enter your Login ID and Password.
Tap Sign In.
For Android
Open the MT5 app and tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner.
Select Manage Accounts.
Tap the + icon at the top.
In the search bar, type “Tradin” and select Tradin from the list.
Choose the correct Tradin server for your account.

Enter your Login ID and Password.
Tap Login.
How to Log In on the Desktop Program
Open the MT5 program on your computer.
In the top menu, click File.
Select Login to Trade Account.
A small window will appear.
Enter your Login ID and Password.
From the dropdown menu, choose the correct Tradin Server.
Click OK.
How to Know You’re Connected
On Mobile:
Go to the Trade tab. If you can see your account balance and active data, you’re successfully connected and ready to trade.
On Desktop:
Look at the bottom-right corner of the MT5 window.
If the bars are green and a connection speed appears (for example, 25/1 kb), you’re connected.
You may also hear a sound when the login is successful.
Common Login Problems
If you can’t log in, it’s usually for one of these reasons:

| Wrong Server | This is the most common issue. Tradin has multiple servers, and you must select the exact server name linked to your account. |
